What helps us help you
For the fastest fix, include: the tool page you were on (URL), your browser and device, the file format you started with, and what happened versus what you expected. Screenshots welcome — but please don’t attach personal photos; describing the file (e.g. "4000×3000 HEIC from iPhone 14") is enough for us to reproduce almost anything.
Common questions, answered here first
- "Is there an API or desktop version?" Not currently — the browser pages are the product, and they work offline once loaded.
- "Can you add format X?" If browsers can encode it, chances are good — tell us the use case at the address above.
- "My HEIC won't convert on Android." Use a file manager rather than the gallery picker so the browser receives the raw file, or convert to HEIF-supported Chrome 94+.
- "Do you remove backgrounds with AI?" We use deterministic colour-based removal — instant, predictable and fully private. The background remover tools explain the trade-off honestly.
